If you love Pickles, and especially ones that have a little kick, you need to check this recipe out.
It is a favorite of mine because it is not really a recipe for making pickles. Rather , this is a recipe for preparing seasonal cucumbers when they are cheap and plentiful, and enjoying them from your fridge for weeks.
This recipe requires no cooking, just a few minutes of preparation and you end up with fantastic and flavorful pickle slices to enjoy as appetizers or on sandwiches.
